PAYMENT

To order any items from my shop, please just click the "Add To Cart" button next to the item you require and follow the instructions to checkout the contents of your cart.

The checkout process is handled by Paypal, a secure payment processing company. You don't need to have a Paypal account, but can use the facility to pay with your credit or debit card.   I will be unable to see your card information, only your address, email address and the details of your order will be visible.

All prices are in GBP but you can pay with any currency you like - Paypal will do currency conversions automatically during checkout.

If you have any problems placing your order, please send a message via e-mail to debra.brown11@virginmedia.com  to let me know what you want to purchase and I will send you an invoice direct.  Customers in the UK are also welcome to get in touch about paying by personal cheque or Postal Orders.

SHIPPING

I ship 1st Class within the UK and Airmail internationally to most destinations worldwide. My shipping price covers postage and packaging, plus a small handling charge.

All orders are shipped as soon as I receive cleared payment. I will send a shipping confirmation e-mail to let you know your order is in the post.  I also obtain proof of posting from the Royal Mail.  Please make sure your Paypal address is up to date and accurate as I cannot re-send or refund orders posted to an outdated address.

International Airmail normally takes 3-7 working days to arrive depending on your location but can take up to 4 weeks due to delays at customs etc.  If you are worried about your parcel please get in touch as soon as possible!  Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and you must contact me before returning any items and obtain proof of posting.  I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out.  All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged I will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order.
